RETURN POLICY

1. Returns

We offer returns only under the following conditions:

  • Item is damaged, defective, or wrong product delivered
  • Request is raised within 48 hours of delivery

  • Order ID
  • Unboxing video/photos

2. No Return Cases

We do NOT accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Minor color differences
  • Incorrect size selection by customer

3. Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refund will be issued to original payment method

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD charges (if any) are non-refundable
  • Repeated fake orders may lead to COD restriction

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if:

  • Product is defective or damaged

6. Return Shipping

  • If the issue is from our side → we cover shipping
  • Otherwise → customer may bear shipping cost
