AURALENS currently offers free standard shipping across India.

Our estimated timelines are:

  • Estimated Delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch.

These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination, courier availability, weather conditions, public holidays and other operational circumstances.

Once an order is dispatched, tracking information will be shared through the contact details provided during checkout, where available.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and reachable contact number.

8. RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery, subject to our Return and Refund Policy.

For standard change-of-mind returns:
